Yes. A refundable damage deposit is required for each stay. The amount will be clearly stated in your booking proposal. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout if no damages or extra cleaning fees apply.
Our cancellation terms are included in the rental agreement. In general, reservations become binding once the payment has been made. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible—we will always try to help within the terms of the agreement.
