Villa Långstrand is a private coastal estate in the Finnish Archipelago, known for its two premium villas and tranquil seaside setting.
During the summer season, the estate hosts a limited number of carefully curated sauna and dinner evenings for small, pre-booked groups. Designed for 2–6 guests, these occasions offer a refined way to experience the archipelago — whether following a day at sea or as a destination in its own right.
Each evening is individually designed and privately hosted, ensuring discretion, continuity of service and an atmosphere that reflects the character of the estate.
For companies within convenient reach of Southern Finland’s coastal region, Villa Långstrand offers a distinctive setting to host international partners and valued guests in a manner that feels both authentically Finnish and quietly exceptional. In a private seaside environment, conversations unfold naturally, away from hotels, restaurants and formal meeting spaces.
Villa Långstrand is just 20 minutes drive from town of Tammisaari, 40 minutes from Hanko and only 90 minutes from Helsinki and Turku. There is a good road all the way to Långstrand.
For guests exploring the archipelago by boat, Långstrand offers a solid private dock suitable for motorboats and sailing yachts.
The approach is straightforward for experienced boaters, with deep water access and a naturally sheltered arrival. The route follows the open archipelago landscape — calm, scenic and navigationally clear.
Mooring is arranged in advance as part of the evening experience, ensuring a seamless and private arrival.
For international visitors, we collaborate with selected local water taxi and charter operators who can arrange private transfers upon request.
On select occasions, guests have also arrived by helicopter as part of privately arranged visits — reflecting the estate’s secluded coastal setting and suitability for bespoke gatherings.
At the heart of the evening is the estate’s spacious wood-heated Finnish sauna.
Traditional wood-burning stove
Generous layout for small groups
Natural transitions between heat and fresh sea air
Outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the coastal surroundings
Optional traditional smoke sauna experience
The rhythm follows the long Nordic summer light — unhurried, discreet and entirely private.
Dinner is typically served outdoors on the seaside terrace during the summer season, surrounded by open sky and coastal stillness.
Each menu is created in collaboration with selected local culinary partners. The menu is agreed in advance with the host group to ensure it reflects the tone of the occasion.
We prioritise high-quality ingredients, with a strong emphasis on Finnish and locally sourced produce. Seasonal availability guides the selection, allowing the archipelago itself to shape the evening’s flavours.
Should the weather shift, dinner is hosted in the estate’s spacious dining hall, maintaining the same calm atmosphere and comfort. The experience is prepared with care so that neither logistics nor weather distract from the occasion.
For guests wishing to remain overnight, accommodation in one of the private villas may be arranged.
The villas offer:
Comfortable bedrooms
Fully equipped kitchens
Peaceful coastal surroundings
Breakfast provisions delivered in advance upon request
An overnight stay transforms the evening into a complete archipelago retreat — particularly appreciated by international visitors seeking privacy, comfort and authenticity in one setting.

Availability is limited to preserve the private character of the estate.
